I ordered the 16 inch cup for my hair stylist since, for Christmas.
Unfortunately the handle was broken in the shipping process. I contacted them immediately, and made another one with no charge to me. I gave it sitting waiting to be wrapped, and truly is beautiful. I know Libby is going to love it.
